The goal of our free counselling and education program is to provide caregivers with the necessary support to enable them to carry on their important task with their loved one. Our services are available on an individual basis or in groups.

 

Services provided to individuals:

  • Consultation by telephone or in person
  • Home visits or meeting in our offices
  • Counselling services
  • Emotional support
  • Referrals to appropriate resources
  • Assistance to fill forms
  • Help finding services in French (health professionals and other)
  • Information about the aging process : autonomy loss, diseases, grief, etc

Services available in groups:

  • Workshops on topics pertinent to caregivers
  • Support / information sharing group
