La Place Saint-Laurent is a not-for-profit apartment building located in downtown Toronto, not far from the famed St. Lawrence Market. Next-door is the St. Lawrence Community Centre that contains an indoor, heated swimming pool, squash courts as well as other recreational activities.

La Place Saint-Laurent is a modern 9 storey building that contains 135 one and two bedroom apartments. One hundred tenants can be subsidized. Every apartment includes a kitchenette with a fridge and electric stove, a storage locker and a private balcony. The building is fully wheelchair accessible and is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system, including guards in the lobby 24 hours a day. As well, underground parking is available at an additional cost.
