Les Centres d’Accueil Héritage
offers a Volunteer Hospice Visiting Program to people facing a terminal illness.

The goal of the Volunteer Hospice Visiting Program is to enhance the quality of life of people facing terminal illnesses as well as their caregivers. We offer the following services at home or in a facility:

Emotional and spiritual support

Respite care

Assistance with personal care

Snack preparation and assistance with eating

Accompaniement to appointments

Friendly visiting and telephone security checks

Bereavement support

There is no fee for this service.
