A support service that provides isolated persons or those with Alzheimer Disease or other dementias, with regular contact to determine that the person is not in crisis or at risk of harm.

The volunteer, according to the  pre-arranged agreement will call the client to check his health and safety and will:

  • inform the coordinator when the person does not respond

  • inform the coordinator when an unusual situation occur

There is no fee for this service.
