Seniors Active Living Centre (ALC)

You speak French? Would you like to know more about our Active Living Centre?

We recently offered a FREE day filled with French activities for seniors on Wednesday December at CAH. The day was a blast and we are hoping to do more of these in 2024. We’ll keep you posted on this page.

Until then, if you speak French and are curious about the kind of activities organized by our Active Living Centre (ALC), consult the calendars in our newsletter La Gazette and contact Michael Dilenga (mdilenga@caheritage.org), our ALC recreationist, to become a guest. It will help you decide if you want to become a member!
