Further down this page, we regularly post job opportunities to join our team or requests for proposals for one-time contracts. CAH is currently in urgent need of PSW (Personal Support Workers). You must master French language (speaking and writing). CAH is the largest employer of French-speaking PSWs in Toronto!
NOTE: Vous trouverez des offres d’emploi sur la version française de cette page.
CAH (Centres d’Accueil Héritage) is a non-profit organization providing affordable housing and community support services in French in the Greater Toronto Area to seniors who are frail and/or losing their independence.
We thank all those who will apply. Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted. Compensation is based on the established salary range and the qualifications of the successful candidate. CAH is committed to employment equity principles. Special arrangements are available on request for applicants at each stage of the hiring process, in accordance with the Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.
There are many other ways to get involved with CAH!
Become a CAH member
If you can express yourself in French, we need your help to allow our organization to continue to grow and evolve. Becoming a member of CAH is the best way to do this. Voting members make a difference and demonstrate the desire for inclusion of seniors in the community.
Join the CAH Board of Directors
We are regularly looking for individuals within the French or francophile community who want to be active on our Board of Directors to make an impact on the well-being of seniors.
Volunteer opportunities at CAH
Several people have also contacted us to offer their volunteer services to CAH. In these uncertain times of a pandemic, it is difficult for us to take advantage of your valuable assistance while ensuring the safety of our clients. We thank you very much for your interest in the well-being of seniors in our community. We will post more information on this page when we are on the “other side of the curve”!
Donate for the benefit of Francophone Seniors
Whether it’s supporting the most vulnerable seniors (through our Christmas Sharing), or achieving a collective goal that benefits all of our clients, such as the construction of a new terrace for Place Saint-Laurent (through our Benevolence Campaign), every dollar counts! Find out how to make a donation.
